CIAQES is a learned society attached to the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. It is responsible for promoting any action to improve higher education in Algeria and support institutions in the implementation of their quality approach. The training of resource persons in the field of quality is a flagship activity of its missions.
