Flemish Universities and Colleges Council (VLUHR)

VLUHR QA is the independent quality assurance agency of the Flemish Higher Education Council. VLUHR QA aims to safeguard and improve the quality of higher education programmes. It carries out programme assessments, and for international joint programmes it uses the ‘European Approach’. VLUHR QA also coordinates the design of domain-specific learning outcomes in Flanders. Furthermore, the agency shares its expertise with higher education institutions and other organisations and participates in international quality assurance related projects.
